TERMS AND CONDITIONS

EcoEFX: EFX grants the use of the EcoEFX program to Business entities only. Only authorized persons should register on behalf of their companies. Such authorized persons must be at least 18 years old. User IDs and Passwords are not permitted to be exchanged or used by any entity for whom they are not explicitly registered. Information obtained on the EcoEFX website is not to be used to compete with EFX or for bidding purposes.

ARTWORK APPROVAL: Any customer-supplied artwork is subject to approval by our art department and may require an additional processing charge if the art is not received as production-ready. All screens and films will remain the property of EcoEFX Original artwork received in physical (non-electronic) format will be returned to the customer if the customer makes such request at order time.

BACK ORDERS: Orders requiring a delay in production time (for example, a garment may have a long lead time) will be subject to our confirmation. We will advise you on cost considerations and other matters that may affect your delivery schedule. Unless requested, we do not back-order for a shortage due to spoilage or under-run.

CANCELLATIONS: No cancellations will be accepted for finished merchandise. Cancellation made prior to production will be billed for all charges incurred up to that date. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing or fax.

CLAIMS: Claims must be made within 72 hours from receipt of merchandise.

CUSTOMER MERCHANDISE: EcoEFX will not be responsible for bleeding or other printer problems due to the nature or quality of customer-supplied merchandise. We will not be responsible for any damaged goods we receive. EFX is not responsible for merchandise once it has been shipped.

DESIGN PROOFS: We provide design proofs (paper/email) at customer request. Please make such requests at order time.

DROP SHIPMENTS: We provide drop shipments. Multiple drop shipments are charged at a rate of $7.50 per location.

IMPRINT AREA(S): To be specified by the customer unless customer specifies otherwise.

MINIMUM ORDERS Minimum order quantities apply for all order types. Please call for details.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE All orders are subject to factory approval of styles, quantities, and our ability to meet your requested delivery date. In addtion, EFX reserves the right to decline any order based on its own internal criteria.

OVER & UNDER-RUNS: Allow 5% for over and under-runs.

PACKAGING: Prices include printers bulk-dozens fold. Additional charges apply for special packaging requirements.

PAYMENT METHODS: We accept payment via credit card (MasterCard or Visa) for all online purchases, and credit card, cash, C.O.D, or cashiers check for offline purchases.

Company checks will not be accepted without prior approval of company credit (a credit application must be submitted to, and approved by, EcoEFX).

PAYMENT TERMS: Terms are not extended until a customer does repeat business of a specified volume (typically, at least $5000 of business with EFX within the space of a year). If terms have not been extended, a deposit of 75% is payable prior to start of production, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of product.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES: Please inform EFX at time of initial order that a sample or samples will be required for pre-production approval. Samples can be provided (typically) within 5 to 7 working days after client order approval, depending on the type of product being decorated/imprinted.

PRICE CHANGES: Garment Prices are subject to change without notice due to vendor price changes and availability. If a price change occurs prior to production, we will notify you of said change and seek your approval to proceed under the new pricing. Shipping and handling costs are typically calculated at invoice time, and may be adjusted (up or down) to reflect actual costs incurred.

PRODUCTION TIME:  Normal SHIP DATE is 7-10 working days from receipt of your written purchase order and artwork. Allow an additional week for orders that require specialized printing techniques. Add 3 working days for Pre-Production Samples. Please call if you need rush service.

QUANTITY PRICING: Printing prices are per location with the same imprint (screens/embroidery hoops). Differing designs cannot be combined for quantity pricing. Please allow for additional screens/embroidery hoops when ordering adult and youth sizes in the same order. Tops, bottoms, caps, bags, aprons, pockets, and sleeves, are treated as separate orders. Dark garments may be separate as well.

RETURNS: Returned goods may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Goods that are damaged after receipt by client are will not be accepted for return to EFX. Only those goods that are returned for manufacturing defect will be accepted for return. Goods that are flawed due to EFX's error will be replaced/exchanged by EFX.

RUSH ORDERS: Rush charges may be applied (at EFX's discretion) whenever the turnaround time required by the client is less than 7 working days.Call to check on current schedule for rush orders. Rush charges vary depending on size of type of order. Call to check on current schedule for rush orders.

SHIPPING: F.O.B. our plant in Ventura, CA. Shipping charges are waived if the customer picks up the goods.

SHIPPING CHARGES: We will charge based on actual charges from carrier. We will not be responsible for any cost variations due to changes in weight, location, delivery time, handling, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Any discrepancy in freight charges must be handled with the carrier.

SPOILAGE: We will not be responsible for spoilage up to 5% for orders over 144 units or 3% for orders less than 144 on contracted goods. Any spoilage beyond these rates will be reimbursed--please call. Customer will be responsible for any necessary reprinting due to shortage within the spoilage rate. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to order more garments than needed for each size.

WRITTEN ORDERS: Phone orders will be accepted, but written orders (including Online orders) are highly recommended to insure accuracy. EcoEFX will not accept responsibility for sizes, ink color, placement, shipping, etc. unless your order approval is obtained in writing (a signed purchase order).
